In April Worcester Racecourse celebrates St George’s Day in style with their late jumps season race evening. The night consists of a fine mix of handicaps and novice races over both hurdles and fences with prize money generous and field sizes expected to be competitive.
Worcester has become very adept at catering for race fans and casual punters alike in some of the less traditional jumping months amid (hopefully) warmer weather, often offering fine packages and that is the highlight of the St George’s Racenight.
On offer for those booking in advance are County Enclosure Advance tickets, Pie & Pint packages as well as Silver, Gold and Platinum packages for the Severn Restaurant on course.
The hospitality at Worcester is simply fantastic and makes the trip worth the bother, though the fine action on the track is naturally what tops the evening off in great style.
