The current trend for popular TV shows to be used as themes for online bingo has continued with recent sensation The Voice UK.
The Voice UK Bingo is a very fast-paced game suitable for those who like to play automatically, or those who are very experienced bingo players although it is very east to take part in.
The pace is not something we’re used to with an 80-ball game, but it is very much part of this game’s charm and with full house prizes and a jackpot round on offer the returns are pretty good too.
How to play
The Voice UK Bingo is an 80-ball game. To begin, simply buy your ticket(s), each costing between 0.04 credits and 0.10 coins which makes the game great for those not looking to risk too much.
Players can purchase as many as 40 tickets if they wish, greatly improving the chances of a win, but make sure you’re quick as there is only one minute between each round!
The Voice UK Bingo Features
Each ticket has on it 16 numbers, in a traditional 4×4 grid. Be aware that there are no prizes for 1-3 lines, but only for a full house.
Once the time is up for ticket purchases, there is a quick 20-second gap until the game begins. Numbers are shown across the centre of the screen as they are drawn, every 1½ seconds in fact, although cards are marked automatically.
If you’re a traditionalist, you’ll miss the familiar bingo calls which are not used in The Voice, but we don’t think that matters and the first player in the game to mark all numbers off a card is the winner.
There are a number of jackpot prizes available in The Voice UK Bingo. Above the ball-drawing process are four Voice UK chairs each with a number attached, some white and some red. Red numbers mean players have completed a full house.
When a full house is completed with a white number that the chair turns and a jackpot prize is handed out. From there, four new numbers are chosen under the next chair and another new jackpot is made available.
When all four chairs have been turned the entire process begins again. The jackpot prizes range from 5 coins for one chair, to 50 for 2/3 chairs right up to 500 coins for all four chairs.
Return to Player
As with most online bingo games, the RTP on The Voice UK goes above 80% which is more than fair for a game of its type.
There are many plus-points here; the vast pace of the game, its 80-ball nature, the jackpot prizes, the ticket price range and the fact that it taps into one of the most popular TV genres of recent times.
The Voice UK Bingo is a game for every type of player, with 1-40 tickets available to buy per round at anything from 0.04 coins to 0.10 coins, meaning you can spend what you like from 0.04 to 4 per game.
