Online bingo should be about a whole lot more than just calling numbers, something Gala Bingo clearly understands.
They have introduced their 50-ball variant named Bingo Beats – a techno music themed game containing numbers inside bubbles which need to be burst. Pop the lot, and scoop the full house!
How to play
As mentioned, Bingo Beats is a 50-ball game. Tickets cost from 0.02 to 2 coins each at Gala Bingo, which hosts Bingo Beats games 24 hours a day.
There is a maximum of 50 people in each room, the setting being a dark blue backdrop with vividly coloured number bubbles which float around the game screen.
A heart on the screen surrounds the calls which are made fairly quickly. The heartbeat track accompanies each call and speeds up for each player as they get closer to landing the full house.
Bingo Beats Gameplay
Between each game techno music will keep you entertained. During this time and before the next game starts, you can choose your ticket price.
There are a number of Bingo Beats rooms, styled as Flutter, Thud, Thump and Thrill with each allowed to host a maximum of 50 people.
Prices begin at only 0.02 coin per ticket, though this can change depending on the room you choose. Some rooms come with tickets at 0.10, 0.20, 1.00 or 2.00 coins while others are on sale for 0.02 – 0.16 coins.
Once you’ve chosen your room and your ticket price, you can take part in games starting every two minutes all day long.
Only one ticket per game can be bought, with everyone in the room playing the same game, although prizes will differ based on how much the ticket cost.
Every ticket contains ten numbers, players being required to cover all of them to win. To do so, each bubble will need to be burst as it is called, and if all ten of your bubbles are popped – you win the full house!
As well as the basic game, Bingo Beats gives players the chance to play for two jackpots.
A fixed ‘maxi jackpot’ can be won in 15 calls or less, while the mini jackpot can be claimed when the full house is won in 16-18 calls.
Return to Player
In line with most of Gala Bingo’s other online games, Bingo Beats runs at a Return to Player percentage of over 80%.
This is a decent RTP for a game of its type but is taken as an average across all games and players, the actual chances of you winning depending a lot on how many tickets you buy.
We love simple online bingo games, so the fact that Bingo Beats at its core is a quick 50-ball variant which takes place every two minutes, offers one full house prize and allows players to mark only one ticket provides plenty of positives.
Gala Bingo have done a good job with this game – one that will indeed have your heartbeat increasing as you get closer to landing the prize!
