Description
Malta-based operator Swintt released its game Four the Win Slot in the summer of 2019 before updating it a year later. It plays out on a smaller-than-usual 4×3 grid with 25 Paylines. The four in the title obviously relates to the number of reels the slot has.
Four the Win Slot is set on land-based classic gaming machines of times past, and so has a distinctly retro vibe. There’s a veritable salad of fruity icons here, along with the more lucrative traditional two red 7’s icons.
How to play
Game controls include the standard Autoplay function, allowing you to spin the reels for 500 times without interruption, meaning you can just kick back and watch.
Winning combos pay in standard fashion from left to right, with only the highest combo per Payline shelling out. One coin here is worth 0.01, while you can bet from 10 to 500 coins.
Symbols include the two red 7’s, your highest-paying icons at 16,000 coins for four, followed by the double strawberries at 6,000, the grapes at 4,000, oranges, lemons, limes and plums at 400 each for four of a kind. Finally, the lowest payer is the trio of cherries, at 200 for four in a row and 50 coins for three.
As you’d expect, Four the Win Slot is mobile-friendly and so you can get your slots fix on the go.
Special features
Special symbols
This game is really quite basic, and so there aren’t any Wilds or Scatter symbols here, with the lack of the latter meaning that neither will you find a free spins round.
Bonus features
Full table
Land an entire screen full of one particular symbol across each of the 25 Paylines to generate a 200x win, as described below. Essentially, all you need to do is fill up all 12 spots with the same icon, whether that’s the kiwi, orange, lemon or plum.
Jackpot
Unfortunately, this game doesn’t come with a progressive jackpot. Instead, maximum win is 200x stake, as mentioned above. That’s certainly big enough to give you a nice boost.
Return to Player
Swintt has a tendency for RTPs or Returns to Player which are lower than the average, and this is the case with Four the Win Slot. It’s a theoretical 94.61% here; equally, you will find this to be quite a high-variance offering.
Verdict
In common with this operator’s similar slots, Four the Win Slot is a pretty straightforward, no-nonsense affair. It will appeal if you have a penchant for retro slot games and just want the simple pleasure of spinning those reels, rather than stacks of complex features. As ever, much will also depend on what you feel like playing when you sit down to your session.
With no Wilds, Scatters or multipliers, and not so much as a whiff of a free spin, it doesn’t get more stripped down or back-to-basics than Four the Win Slot. But it should prove fun and entertaining nonetheless.
