We have seen a major push from operators launching ‘Even Stevens’ games, such as Mecca’s Best Odds Bingo (BOB). Now, Gala have got in on the act with their exciting new title, Hot House Bingo.
The idea is that nobody can purchase more tickets than anyone else, the number of players per room is capped and ticket price is the same and so every player statistically has the same chance of winning, a feature we love.
How to play
Ostensibly this is a simple, familiar 90-ball bingo game with calls made in the usual way so there is nothing new to learn. Tickets are amazingly cheap at only 0.15 credits each and players can have three each.
Hot House Bingo is available to play 24 hours a day, it features no jackpots and prides itself on everyone having the same odds.
How to Play Hot House Bingo
As we said, Hot House Bingo is an Even Stevens bingo game. Players can buy no more and no less than 3 tickets each, so that everyone has the same chance of winning.
The game plays out in the same way as any other 90-ball game, except unlike other games all 90 balls have to be called here and the game doesn’t end at someone shouting full house.
Essentially, all players end up with a full house as every number has to be used, but there’s more. The game features five bands of different colours each connected to a different prize. Anyone who calls a full house in a particular band shares the attached prize.
Each coloured band is attached to different prize amounts. The trick therefore is to grab the full house within a winning band. The bands break down like this:
- Red: 1 – 68 calls
- Purple: 69 – 80 calls
- Green: 81 – 84 calls
- Orange: 85 – 89 calls
- Blue: 90 calls
Prize amounts vary from nothing at all, to 10%, 40% or 50% of the pot. There are various things which add interest to Hot House Bingo. There is always a chance of winning a prize for one thing, while also there is the “nothing” areas which you need to avoid so that you aren’t left out!
Even where the bands are concerned, things can be done automatically in Hot House Bingo so it remains a very easy game to play. The major draw is that, assuming you’re not someone looking for a quick two-minute thrill, the full 90-ball call here keeps you entertained for ages.
Return to Player
The RTP here is above 80%. This is normal for any online bingo game. That figure though is taken as an average across all players over a while month, so the amount you win will depend on how lucky you are.
Rather than take part in various bingo games, paying money each time, we love the fact that Hot House Bingo can keep you entertained on its own for a long time, basically making it a cheap form of bingo and yet offering prizes to all involved.
